Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions, pre-orders, or any purchase options that include future or recurring charges.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel a subscription or purchase option at any time by contacting customer support at orders@optumduo.com.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing or shipment to avoid being charged.

Billing After Cancellation

  • If a cancellation request is submitted after a billing cycle has processed, the current order will still be fulfilled, and cancellation will apply to future orders.

How to Cancel

To cancel, please provide:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or subscription ID

  • Email address used at checkout

We will confirm your cancellation via email once processed.
