Yes! When you purchase the Optum Duo Travel Kit. Simply bring along your portable flexible hose and fixing clip from the Travel Kit and follow the instructions under the “Water-Tank-Free Flossing & Brushing” section on page 12 of the user manual or view online.

Does the Optum Duo flossing toothbrush have adjustable brushing speeds?

Yes. You have the option to choose between three brushing speeds: High, Medium, and Low.

Does the Optum Duo flossing toothbrush have adjustable flossing speeds?

Yes. You have the option to choose between 5 flossing speeds from Low to High: 1/2/3/4/5.

How often should I change the brush head?

It is recommended to replace your brush head every 3 months.

Can the Optum Duo flossing toothbrush be used independently of the base andwater tank?

Yes. Simply disconnect the water hose from the back of the Optum Duo toothbrush to use the device as a stand alone electric toothbrush. *Pro Tip - Bring along the portable flexible hose and fixing clip from the Travel Kit to have on the go flossing as well! How do I switch between brush speeds on the Optum Duo flossing toothbrush?

Hold the “Brush” button on the toothbrush for 0.5 seconds to switch between brush speeds.The indicator light below the button will show the current brush speed.
Low: left LED light on
Medium: middle LED light on
High: right LED light on

To switch between flossing speeds quickly press the “Speed” button on the device. There will be a light next to the speed number to indicate current flossing speed. How do I charge my Optum Duo flossing toothbrush?

Charging instructions can be found on page 2 of the included user manual under the “POWERING THE MAIN DEVICE” section or viewed online here. (Charging) Note: * The charger specifications must be 5V/2A. A rapid charger cannot be used.

Why is the charging indicator on my Optum Duo flossing toothbrush not lighting upwhen plugged in?

For first time use, or after stored for six months or longer, the charging indicator may not light up for a few minutes at the beginning of charging. If this happens, please charge the device for six hours or more.
